A graduate of Washington University at St. Louis School of Law, Trueblood has significant experience serving as legal counsel for highly-regulated companies. Prior to joining Justice Funds, he served as General Counsel and Chief of Staff for the Native American Financial Services Association, which represents the interest of Tribal online lenders and financial services providers.

Herman joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer after spending the prior eight years at the crossroads of finance and healthcare, most recently at Univita Homecare Solutions. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his MBA in Management from Harvard University.

Cooper joined Avvia in March 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he held management roles at Bain & Company and Goldman Sachs. Before joining Justice Funds, Cooper was the VP of Operations at Univita Homecare Solutions. He graduated with a JD‐MBA in 2011 from Northwestern University School of Law and Kellogg School of Management.
